Amanda is on it! May the 17th is nigh, the next lifting of restrictions is nearly here, celebrations can begin with 30 people outdoors. Amanda is prepared, she’s invited close family and friends to a reunion in her lovely garden and booked Hog Roast Horam to sort the food. She is rather excited to finally see and hug her loved ones and have everyone together. It’ll be the first time Amanda has seen her elderly parents in 9 months.
On Saturday 22nd of May Hog Roast Horam will arrive at Amanda’s for 10am to set up with plenty of time for the 1:30pm serve. She has already informed catering manager Chris of the designated area she would like him to go. Thankfully, Amanda has a spacious garden to allow for social distancing and Chris to set up his gazebo and equipment.
Amanda is certainly in for a treat with Hog Roast Horam’s BBQ menu. Not only do people get a fantastic choice of four meats (or a little bit of them all!), but they also get to dive into two fresh salads and chips fried on site ensuring a soft interior and a crunchy exterior. That’s why it’s a gourmet menu! Amanda and her guests will enjoy thick, juicy butcher burgers, flavoursome butcher sausages, zesty marinated chicken kebabs and Chinese flavoured meaty spareribs. On top of the menu, Hog Roast Horam likes to go the extra mile and include cheese for the burgers and onions for the sausages. The two salads include mixed green salad and coleslaw, both perfect for the warm weather and BBQ season.
All the meats will be cooked fresh on site on Chris’s BBQ, ensuring that the halloumi and vegetable skewers are cooked first so not to be contaminated with the meat juices for any vegetarians. This menu is full of flavour and deliciousness.
Hog Roast Horam is excited to share this special celebration with Amanda and her guests. Not long now!
