Hello! Booked you guys for my parents wedding anniversary and they were so happy! As a vegetarian booking a Hog Roast i found it a bit funny but i was just as pleased with my food as everyone was with the meat options! My BBQ Jackfruit was the tastiest thing i've ever had and everyone else was pinching mine for the sauce! Tilly

The staff were amazing, we had issues getting them up our track due to the recent wet weather. It didn't phase them one bit! They carried all the stuff to our field which meant they got set up later than planned but still managed to get the food out on time. The food was absolutely delicious, every single person I spoke to didn't have a bad word to say about it. I was also surprised to see that the staff collected plates and cutlery after we'd finished too so that was a lovely bonus! Thank you and the team so much, it really made our day amazing ❤️ Hannah

Hi, Booked you for our annual spring start of lambing season bbq before the long slog ahead and you were just a great treat. Spitting Pig provided a hog roast for my daughter’s 5^th birthday party and it did not disappoint. There was food for all invited – including the vegans – which made the event so easy for me to enjoy without having to worry! Really recommend for any occasion!

Hi Geordie Yes it was amazing Thankyou. Mostly down to the food, honestly wow I couldn’t fault it. Was honestly Amazing, every single guest commented on how nice it was. Everyone went back up for seconds! And we ate the leftovers the next day. Everything down the presentation, to the set up and even everything being packed away and the rubbish taken. We were delighted with the service provided. Everyone enjoyed the food for our “morning after the wedding” party and Chris and his team were excellent. Hi We had a great time on Sunday. The team turned up on time and had everything ready to go before our guests arrived. All of the food was great, freshly made salads, great quality meat and a vegan option. All of our 40 guests enjoyed the food, including a chef and an avid bbq fan! The event went really well. Thanks for your services on Saturday night, the meat was sublime - crackling was a talking point and the service was great. Timely, organised and professional. Spitting pig however responded straight away and were so very helpful and worked hard to get us what we wanted at the right price.  Chris who attended was punctual professional and friendly. They had a lot of equipment to bring in and they were so quiet and quick about setting up around the team. They were also just lovely guys The food was fantastic and enjoyed by all, the choice of menu had our taste buds tingling and as soon as we smelt it cooking we were eager to try. From start to finish it was so lovely, the 2 people (can't remember names) setting up were amazing and to be honest we didn't really know they were there. Food was served on time and everyone that came was really impressed, so much so some went for seconds. It was all lovely and fresh and there was plenty of it too.  We cannot praise the whole set up enough, as it meant my husband and I could relax and enjoy the day. My Wife and I hired your services last week and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We chose to have the Southern Slow Roast Menu to cater for a party of 50 people, Family and friends alike and every single one of them loved the variety available on that menu. My daughter and a couple of other guests have specific dietary requirements which were taken into account and had their own selections on the menu. A true service to the customers! I will be booking again at the end of the year for another event we have!

Hello Just to say that we were very very happy with the service that was supplied at our house warming party on sat 2nd Oct. The weather was absolutely terrible, basically it hammered with rain all day and so despite all of this, Steve and Millie managed to struggle through all of this by erecting the gazebo outside the front door on the drive rather than round the back in the very wet garden! All went very smoothly despite the storms, and the food was wonderful. It was hot, tasty and very much to everyone’s liking. Despite 14 people letting us down at the last minute, there was so much food  and all the guests said afterwards how delicious and tasty it was. We cannot thank you enough. The food got nothing but compliments, great quality and very tasty. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the weather gods on our side and the poor guys that came to do our event got absolutely soaked, almost blown away and were probably pretty cold too! And yet, they had a smile on their faces the whole time! They were helpful and attentive, and even took the time to make suggestions for the left overs. All the guests thought the food was great and we couldn’t have been happier. We would happily recommend you and will most probably use you again (hopefully in better weather conditions!). Hello Spitting Pig Co. The event was a great success.  Your Team arrived on time, and after a quick introduction set up their marquee to get on with business. They served up on time, despite our requesting an hour’s delay. The hog was absolutely gorgeous (and we’ve got a couple of packs left over - yummy!).
