Pete’s daughter is turning 10 this February and he is currently finalising the details of her birthday party. The party is taking place at a local function room which will be decorated with a ‘Taylor Swift’ theme, since this is his daughter’s favourite singer. A DJ has been hired for the party and will be providing music and entertainment for the afternoon, of course with plenty of Taylor Swift songs in the mix! Additionally, Hog Roast Fairlight has been hired to serve our Gourmet BBQ menu, which is the perfect choice for the event. This menu includes a wide variety of dishes, which is ideal for events with guests of all ages.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Fairlight team will arrive at the function room in the morning to prepare for the 2:00pm serving time. We will begin by preparing the main dishes, which will include succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, veggie sausages, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ-pulled jackfruit. The mains will all be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. Additionally, we will be serving a selection of side dishes, including homemade chips, sweet potato fries, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, mac and cheese, and a selection of seasonal salad dishes. Our catering is sure to be a great addition to this party since this menu is so varied and includes so many different dishes for the guests to enjoy.
