As someone who takes food very seriously, I was blown away by the quality of this hog roast. It wasn’t just meat slapped on a roll, it was a well-thought-out, perfectly executed meal. The pork was rich and flavourful, the sides were fresh and balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. I’ve had hog roasts before, but nothing comes close to this one. Already planning my next event just to have them again!
