We have various tasty standalone menus of our own that we can serve, including our Traditional Barbecue, Loaded Fries, Southern Slow Roast and Alfresco, as well as several Hog Roast Marden hog roast menus, so whether you fancy pork or something totally different on the day, know that we’ve got you covered. You can choose spit-roasted chicken, turkey, beef or lamb instead if you prefer, and each scrumptious meat comes with relevant trimmings, such as our homemade sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce with our signature food, chipolatas and stuffing with chicken, cranberry sauce and stuffing with turkey, Yorkshire puddings and a red wine gravy with beef or mint sauce and Yorkshires with lamb.
