Hog Roast Edenbridge – High Praises Being Sung by the Bishop Gilpin Community Choir

One of the best parts of being a local caterer is getting to know local groups and customers. One such group that we have come to get to know in the past year is the wonderful folks at the Bishop Gilpin Community Choir.

Having first met them last year when they arranged for Hog Roast Edenbridge to cater for their annual trip away, the experience between both customer and caterer was so pleasant that they couldn’t wait but to come right on back to our team again this year for their trip away to Edenbridge – and, funnily enough, we at Hog Roast Edenbridge couldn’t wait to cater for them again, too!

It’s always great when you immediately establish that kind of pleasant connection with a customer group. They were very high in their praise the first time around, so we were delighted to see them come back in for seconds this year, too. Another chance to join this lovely bunch will always be fine by us! They provide such a wonderful service to so many venues and groups all around the area, so to be able to cook for their fun-filled weekend away was a real joy!

So of course it could only be the best for such a group! One hog roast, cooked in the traditional spit style and served with its own delicious golden crackling, our homemade sage and onion stuffing, fresh apple sauce, and paired with mixed salad, creamy slaw, gluten free rolls, and a choice of our vegan BBQ pulled jackfruit and our grilled veg and halloumi skewers for a vegan and veggie alternative. Our team paid plenty of attention to the group’s allergen and dietary requirements, too, ensuring that we had plenty of safe options for the vegetarians, nut allergies, and lactose intolerant guests.

That kind of attention to detail is what garnered such high praises to be sung the first time around, so we were delighted to see the same praises come back for the Hog Roast Edenbridge team once again! Friendly, welcoming, and capable of serving up  some truly delicious foods – a highlight of the choir group’s weekend away, we are reliably informed!
