Hog Roast Egerton’s latest event was a loving wedding reception. The clients wanted a truly tempting buffet for their 50 guests to enjoy and that is exactly what the Catering Manager form the Egerton team delivered.
The reception was taking place in the spacious back garden of the client’s home, meaning that there was plenty of outdoor space for the cooking equipment and serving table. With the buffet set to be served between 3 and 4pm, Catering Manager Chris arrived at the venue by 10am. This gave him enough time to set up all the equipment before getting straight to work producing the delicious buffet fresh for the guests.
When the serving time rolled around the buffet was a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach, the platters were piled high with food in a tidy and visually pleasing manner. The buffet that had been created by Hog Roast Egerton’s Catering Manager Chris was absolutely delightful. As part of the buffet the guests could tuck into truly tasty treats such as: New Potatoes roasted in rosemary and garlic, lots of cooked mixed variety sausages and a large serving dish of piping hot grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers. There was also a big basket of assorted soft wraps for the guests to enjoy, as well as lots of other delightful dishes that were perfectly presented on the serving table.
As part of the catering package paid for by the happy couple the team also provided crockery and cutlery for the guests to use. The clients selected to use Hog Roast Egerton’s finest crockery and cutlery for their wedding reception, which was brought on and off site by Chris. Likewise, at the end of the buffet serving time Catering Manager Chris removed all waste and rubbish pertaining to the buffet, which would later be disposed of responsibly and safely by the team.
The wedding buffet was simply sensational, the happy newlywed couple and their guests were delighted by the delicious spread. It was a job very well done by Catering Manager Chris.
