The Easter weekend is a great one, isn’t it? Not only a festive celebration, but also four whole days to enjoy them as both the Friday and Monday come as bank holidays. That leaves more time for the fun-filled celebrations, the family get togethers, the Sunday lunches, the drinking and dining and merriment. It means more time for a Hog Roast Penenden Heath catered event, more time for dining with us, and, crucially, more time to digest after what is assured to be an exquisite and filling feast with us.
We have multiple ways at Hog Roast Penenden Heath serve up your Easter weekend. Go our signature hog roast, or, for something more traditionally “Easter” and spring-like, our whole roasted English lamb is another excellent choice. With garlic and rosemary, Yorkshire puddings, a refreshing mint sauce, and your choice of potato and salad/veg accompaniments, it’s a great one for a traditional sit-down Easter lunch. For those that want to take the bank holiday to its fullest, the Hog Roast Penenden chefs could even pair both the hog roast and lamb roast for a perfect Easter dining option! Both of these options can form part of a multiple course meal, complete with an excellent range of fresh starters and your favourite choices of sweet, savoury, and chocolatey desserts.
If it’s a party at home with friends and family, something from our gourmet barbecue range, our al fresco menu, or our classic hog roast buffet menu may be the way to go. It’s casual, easier, light on scheduling, and yet just as equally delicious as our more formal menus as you still get the same great pork that comes pulled fresh from our signature hog roast. God-willing the sun comes out over Easter, this may just be the best way to ring in the celebrations – sun deck in the garden, drink in one hand, pulled pork roll in the other, and great company to go with your great food. That’s what a bank holiday weekend is all about – and it only comes served at Hog Roast Penenden Heath!
