When it comes to choice and variety, we’re ahead of the game but we’ve always made sure that our customers and their guests come first. If you prefer different meat, like spit-roast poultry, lamb or beef, or a barbecue of 100% beef burgers and chef’s own sausages, we can do that too and we have alternative dishes for all kinds of diets if needed. One of our specialty menus may hit the spot instead, like our Southern Slow Roast or our Loaded Fries, or you may want us to serve multiple courses, such as canapés, starters, sides and desserts. On Saturday, Hog Roast Tovil catered an informal bash to celebrate a birthday, and we impressed with our yummy pigs in buns as well as veggie skewers for the vegetarian guests. With halloumi, mushrooms, baby tomatoes, red onion, courgette and peppers, our skewers are served with Tzatziki and pitta and are loved as much as our version of hog roast rolls. By the end of service on this day, this was clearly the case, as everything we served had been stripped clean.
