The hottest show on television in 2025 has undoubtedly been Severance. Week to week so many of us have been glued to our tv’s seeing where it is going to go, and week to week we have been delighted by all of the bizarre twists and turns that Ben Stiller’s Apple TV show has taken! Certainly in the Hog Roast Bodiam offices it has remained a hot topic every Friday and Saturday morning.
But at Hog Roast Bodiam we have no intention of being severed for our job. We love what we do; our work means coming out to some of the best venues and events in the country where we are given the privilege of serving so many lovely people. Who would ever want to cut off those memories, work or not!
Instead, we love to remember the events we cater, especially when they are such fun events as a Severance finale party with our customers! Beth, an avid fan of the show, wanted to put on a special watch event with her friends and family for the finale a few weeks back. To join in with the fun and often bizarre theming of the show, she also wanted to add a more out there catering style for here watch party. That took her to Hog Roast Bodiam. For her, seeing our immense whole hog roasts felt like it could right out of the show itself, so she immediately called up and asked if we could bring our signature hog roast in all of its spectacular glory to her event. Of course we were all too happy to do so!
As fans of the show ourselves this already felt like such a great fit. We love that kind of out of the box thinking and thought Beth had come up with a great dining plan to go hand in hand with the style of the show. The Hog Roast Bodiam team did our job as required, refining out a spectacular hog roast dining experience for Beth’s event which we feel added even more to the dramatic and emotional Severance finale! When it comes back around for a third series, you’ll know where to come again!
