What we have all been waiting for… Summer is finally here. Summer at Hog Roast Warnham is all about celebrations, parties, barbeques and festivals. And just last weekend, we were able to kick off the summer catering at Annual Summer Expose Fest to show off our excellent menus and services for company, Bluepanda Group CO Exposed Designs.
Not only were we personally invited to Summer Expose Fest but we even got our own huge menu sign! Our menus are always filled with an incredible variety of delicious flavours – but this selection really had everything!
It showcased everything from our slow roasted free-range and locally sourced pigs served with sweet apple sauce, herby stuffing and the most perfectly crunchy and golden crackling. Followed by thick our thick butchers sausages, juicy marinated chicken thighs. And so that even our vegan guests had something delicious from Hog Roast Warnham, we offered colourful grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers and tender BBQ pulled jackfruit to mimic the authentic meaty flavours of our barbequed pork.
There were a selection of bread rolls and wraps on hand and gluten free rolls available on request and each component was served with a choice of seasonal green leaf salad, coleslaw, tomato and green leaf salad and a healthy mixture if traditional and sweet potato fries.
Not to bang our own drums… but every single thing was a hit. Especially our ever-popular slow roasted whole hog.
On a day like that when the weather in stunning, with the sun illuminating the venue and a cool breeze keeping the harsh sunrays off our skin, it reminds us why we do what we do. Putting great food on the table for such amazing people on an incredible day is what makes working at Hog Roast Warnham so fulfilling.
