At this time of year there is the greatest excuse in the world provided for all to enjoy a fun and festive event: Halloween. Workplaces up and down the country will often take the excuse to get the whole office into the spooky spirit of the thing and have some fun dressing up and letting loose a little more. For those workplaces, we are always happy to cater!
A clients in Fairwarp employed our catering for their annual Halloween party this past weekend. All of us were blessed with the very rare Friday Halloween, ensuring that everyone had the perfect excuse to actually dress up on the day and make use of it being the end of the week for once! 60 guests came out for this party, and the Hog Roast Fairwarp team made sure to give them a proper treat using just a few of our usual tricks!
Chef Marco worked his witchery over our hog roasting machine, creating a perfect formula of golden crisp meat with a tender juiciness underneath the flavoursome pork skin. Our hog roast has the added effect of looking like a Halloween decoration at a party, since we use the whole pig. Once served up with our fries, crackling, stuffing, apple sauce, veg skewers, rolls and wraps, it’s anything but scary to look at or taste!
