In the past few years, medical staff have worked extra hard to keep each and every one of us healthy and safe, so returning for the 4th year in a row to cater for Quintin Medical Centre was not only an experience for them, but also for us. One of the most satisfying parts of this line of work is when our delicious food at Hog Roast Pevensey is going to those who truly deserve a good, hearty meal. And the Quintin Medical Centre Staff, truly do deserve it.
Jamie at Quinten Medical opted for our Southern Slaw Menu. This menu includes tender beef brisket alongside crispy pork butt and melt in your mouth pork ribs – served in or beside a selection of soft white, seeded or gluten free bread rolls. As a vegetarian alternative, smoky grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers and a tangy Greek salad with feta or colourful coleslaw. And of course, no good meal comes without fries. Guests had the option of tradition or sweet potato fries, or both if they wanted.
Our Hog Roast Pevensey Team always encourage guests to craft their perfect plate. With our buffet style serving, you can have as much or as little as anything you like. You can even come back for seconds… (and let’s be honest, probably thirds).
The event took place at in a gorgeous barn house, with a cozy and rustic charm and surrounded by bright green foliage. Our bamboo crockery and cutlery fit right into the natural setting.
