Michelle was thrilled to discover that Hog Roast Bearsted caters to all diets and preferences. And with the catering sorted, she turned her attention to the party theme. She decided on a mash-up of 90s nostalgia for Celine and beloved book characters for Amelie. Our team at Hog Roast Bearstead couldn’t wait to bring this unique celebration to life with our delicious BBQ banquet.
The big day arrived, and we sprang into action, setting up our equipment in the client’s chosen function hall. While we fired up the grills, Michelle transformed one side of the room into a vibrant 90s wonderland and the other into a literary paradise. The hall buzzed with excitement as 60 guests, a mix of family and friends, arrived to celebrate with the twins.
The buffet we presented was a feast for the senses. For Celine and the meat lovers, we served up our famous British handmade beef burgers, gourmet sausages, chicken kebabs, and meaty spareribs. Amelie and the vegetarians delighted in tasty veggie burgers and grilled vegetable kebabs with optional halloumi, sweet chilli sauce, tzatziki dip, and flatbreads. With inclusive sides like seasonal green leaf salad, pasta salad, and sweet potato fries, everyone found something to enjoy.
The party was an absolute hit. The room was alive with music, laughter, and chatter as guests dived into the delicious food. Celine and Amelie had a blast celebrating their milestone birthday, surrounded by their favourite people and delicious foods.
