This past weekend the Hog Roast Tonbridge were able to get our spy shoes on once again as we helped to devise and enact a surprise party operation for our customer’s husband. We were told that he could be a keen-eyed one, so we knew that we might have our work cut out for us. With 144 guests to cook for too, we knew were going to have to be moving a lot of food around covertly before the surprise, which could also complicate matters.

This meant the surprise was able to go off without a hitch and our foods still able to be hot and ready right on cue, too. The only thing that could have possibly given the game away on our part is the delicious smoky and spiced smell that emanates from our southern slow roast dishes, but we got away with one there – at least, if the customer’s husband did notice, he was too polite to tell our Hog Roast Tonbridge serving team!
