On the 10th of September, Hog Roast Wrotham Heath catered for a retirement party at Amherst Medical Practice. The event was being hosted as a farewell to the senior partner at the practice as they are set to retire this year. To make it an event to remember, Hog Roast Wrotham Heath was hired to serve a delicious Gourmet BBQ menu to 70 guests, at the beautiful venue chosen for the occasion. Our catering was sure to be a great addition to the event, with plenty for everyone to enjoy.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Wrotham Heath team arrived at The Stables Park Farm, Otford, in the morning, to prepare for the 15:00 serving time. We began our preparation by barbequing the main dishes, which included juicy British beef burgers, succulent pork sausages, Thai chicken kebabs, BBQ spareribs, BBQ pulled jackfruit, and halloumi and vegetable skewers. The mains were served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. Additionally, we served gourmet coleslaw, a seasonal green leaf salad, sweet potato fries, and homemade chips. This created a delicious and varied buffet lunch, with plenty for everyone to enjoy and more than enough for seconds. Our menu was a great addition to this event and was definitely a success among the guests, who couldn’t get enough of our catering!
