Towards the end of March, Hog Roast Sittingbourne provided catering for a joint birthday celebration in Bicknor. The event took place at Bramely Lodge, which had been beautifully decorated for the birthday duo to enjoy! Our catering manager Chris was hired to provide catering for 25 guests to enjoy, with plenty of dishes for everyone to choose from. No event is too big or too small for our team, so we were more than happy to get involved with this!
All of our menus are prepared freshly at the event venue, so we arrived in advance of the mealtime to roast the hog to perfection. Once cooked, it was expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls or a gluten-free alternative. For vegetarian guests, we prepared vegetable and halloumi skewers, which went down a treat at this event! As well as a choice of mains, we also prepared mixed salad dishes, crunchy coleslaw, sage and onion stuffing, and homemade chips. This created a delicious meal and had something for every guest to enjoy! There was plenty to go around on the evening of the birthday, and any leftovers were wrapped by Hog Roast Sittingbourne and saved for the guests to enjoy the next day!
