Taking full use of Hog Roast Ulcombe’s summer catering this past week was our friends at Axiol Holdings who have called on their Hog Roast Ulcombe corporate catering partnership a number of times over their last 5 years with us. Knowing our quality and what we could do, Axiol’s manager Kevin reckoned his team probably needed a bit of a pick me up to help break up an intense heatwave week that was slowing the week seemingly to a crawl. He called us up with the hopes that we would be able to offer quick service at short notice, and since Axiol are already partners of ours and have had service before, we were certainly able to offer the expedited dining he was after. With just two days’ notice we were able to fit Axiol in for a lunchtime barbecue without issue – we know the location and therefore the mechanics involved in setting up such an operation, and we already know a lot of the team’s preferences so planning could be pushed through quickly. Just one of the many benefits of our corporate catering partnerships!
We had our team arriving to site late in the morning so that we could then prepare all of our meats to be barbecued fresh, and prep sides too for when the meat is grilling. Come lunchtime we were all ready to go and so the Axiol staff came out to their car park and enjoyed our barbecue extravaganza! Gourmet meats and rolls aplenty – a fine way to spend a working lunch we reckon! Available where our chef’s special gourmet sausages made from premium local meats, our handmade burgers also made from prime local beefs, our juicy chicken kebabs, vegetarian burgers and veg and halloumi skewers, Greek salad, our chef’s favourite pasta salad, and homemade coleslaw and fresh seasonal leaves.
The time wolfed down all that we threw at them before heading back in to finish out the working day while we quickly packed up, cleaned, and headed off to the next job! A successful partnership once again coming to fruition with Hog Roast Ulcombe’s corporate catering!
